Normally, these pieces are reserved for trade professionals like interior designers who buy them at wholesale prices and then resell them to their clients with a markup. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN / CANCELLATION POLICY?

We can’t process returns, cancellations, or exchanges for trade-only items, as they are shipped directly from the manufacturer. All sales are considered final unless the product(s) arrives damaged during transit. We are more than happy to accommodate your requests for tear sheets, additional high-resolution images, and upholstery samples to ensure your complete confidence in your purchase.Upon receipt of your order, please inspect all items immediately. In the event of any product damage, kindly take photographs of both the packaging and the damaged item and promptly contact SideDoor customer service. Please also copy CRBN Home Collection within 48 hours of discovery. The SideDoor team will facilitate the necessary arrangements, whether it involves arranging for a repair or coordinating with the manufacturer to send a replacement piece(s).

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ITEM(S) SHIP?

You can expect to receive email updates from SideDoor regarding the status of your order, including notifications when items are shipped and tracking details. For most furniture orders, a local freight carrier will be responsible for delivery. The freight carrier will contact you directly when your furniture is prepared for delivery, and they will coordinate with you to schedule a suitable delivery date.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY OPTIONS?

Our pricing includes threshold delivery for furniture, which means your items will be delivered "To Your Door / Threshold." You have the option to instruct the delivery personnel whether you'd like the delivery placed just inside your home or left at your doorstep.Please note that threshold delivery does not include tasks such as placing products in specific rooms, assembly, or removal of the original packaging. If you prefer a "White Glove" delivery service, it can be selected as an option during the checkout process for an additional fee. "White Glove" delivery includes packaging removal, light assembly, and placement of the items. We recommend choosing the White Glove service, especially for larger furniture items.
